At 21, Ella brings a strong business perspective shaped by her experience in management consulting at PwC, commercial training at Amazon, and hands-on work across marketing, business execution, and strategy within online e-commerce businesses. She has a background in crypto and investment analysis, with five years of trading digital assets.
Ella is a Business Management graduate at the University of Birmingham, a Russell Group and top 100 global university. Ella ranked in the top 1% of 800 Business School undergraduates, earning a place on the Dean's List, and was recognised as the 2nd Best Performing Student in the Business School.
Through her background in public speaking and her role in event planning and execution, she delivers structured, high-quality events that connect founders, professionals, and industry leaders.
Salman Sarwar
Co-Founder
At 21, Salman has built a strong business background, having studied Business Management at the University of Southampton, a top global-100 Russell Group university.
He has prior experience at Citi Bank, a leading global investment bank, alongside five years of experience in crypto, trading, and investment markets, with a strong understanding of AI-driven trading bot development, digital assets, and investment analysis.
He has also gained hands-on experience across marketing, operational execution, and business strategy within online e-commerce businesses, as well as public speaking experience.
